Sweet Mama Bunny and Baby

Happy Sunday everyone!
Mother's day is approaching and today I share with you this sweet  Mama bunny and baby a Zombiegurumi design.
For this project I used Hobbii stone-wash 100% cotton yarn, which is so soft and easy to work with. I enjoyed working on this project and loved the way she and her baby turned out.

If you are challenged by the Puff, Popcorn, Raspberry or Bobble stitch then here is an alternative, "the Bubble  Pop Stitch". It was a little hard to me to find the exact tension with the hook, to make it soft and puffy, but I am so happy with the final result.  I started  from one corner increasing in each row, in both sides, until  I got the desired size, continued decreasing in one side making a rectangle shape. The border was crocheted with shell stitch all around and embellished with white ribbon. Great for a baby boy or baby girl. Hope you like it!
